Choji Akimichi is a member of the Akimichi clan and the physically strongest member of Team 10. He completes the Ino-Shika-Cho formation alongside Shikamaru Nara and Ino Yamanaka, following the legacy of their fathers.
Choji's defining moment came during the Sasuke Retrieval arc when he faced Jirobo of the Sound Four. After being mocked for his weight and kindness, Choji consumed the clan's secret Three Colored Pills, accessing the Butterfly Bullet Bombing level — a transformation that burns massive calories for overwhelming power. He defeated Jirobo at the cost of nearly his own life, proving that his gentle nature was never weakness. His friendship with Shikamaru, who believed in him when no one else did, is one of the strongest bonds in the series.
