Summary
Deepa was a sadistic Inner of Kara who appeared in the anime-exclusive arcs. His ability to manipulate carbon allowed him to harden his body to diamond-level durability and create devastating weapons from his flesh. Deepa took particular pleasure in breaking his opponents psychologically before killing them, and he nearly killed Team 7 during their first encounter.
